- Proven experience in product management or in a Product Owner position
- A strong product-oriented mindset and feels comfortable in technical discussions
- Strong analytical and communication skills and an agile mindset
- Able to make technical topics accessible to a non-technical audience and business topics accessible to a technical audience
- Experience in personnel development is a plus
Your Tasks
- Lead the product management of our cloud-based platform, which is used by international customers.
- Work closely with a highly motivated team of developers.
- Lead meetings and workshops with all stakeholders (management, product managers, developers, customers, etc.) to capture and prioritize new requirements and ideas in order to drive the development of our platform forward
- Responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product roadmap
- Represent appose at conferences and external events
