What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years’ IT project management experience, specifically with the development of SaaS products
- Strong technical background and familiarity with industry standard tools for agile project management & coordination of software development teams
- Ability to explain technical terms in layman’s terms and communicate effectively between customers and developers
- Strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and focused work ethic
- Good German and English skills, as well as the ability to communicate well with remote teams
Your Tasks
- Responsible for providing technical project planning, management and oversight for key initiatives and cloud-based implementation projects
- Define project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with the team, stakeholders, business partners, and customers
- Design and implements processes to monitor and control resources, time, risks and value to company OKRs
- Establish, plan, and execute major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle
- Manage scope throughout the project duration. Maintains accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports, ensuring all the required deliverables are produced and reviewed
- Exercise broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs
- Continually prioritize project tasks to focus on the most impactful changes
- Monitor and communicate team progress to the necessary stakeholders
- Simultaneously support the entire project management cycle of multiple projects
- Focus on the importance of reporting, meeting stated deadline commitments, and communication to stakeholders
