appose is an online platform for high-quality services operated by neos GmbH ("appose"), Bergheimer Straße 147, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany. appose enables a new dimension of recruitment with an improved matching process. Employees and freelancers can register at appose with their qualifications and personal data. Employers have the opportunity to look at employees, get excellent team constellations composed and contact the selected employees and freelancers. With appose, neos GmbH provides an appropriate platform for users.
§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data
(1) In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally.

The registered companies and appose itself are entitled to access the personal data. However, access is limited with regard to the data from the behavior tests, these are only used for the algorithm and are only accessible for appose, the registered companies, therefore, have no direct access to this data.
(4) In addition, all information provided by independent consultants and companies shall be stored using modern authorization technologies. Possible team constellations and search results are also saved.
(5) In order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, in particular, financial data, the connection is encrypted.
