In this role, you'll take responsibility for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions within the company and promoting the open job positions across all social media channels and events. This includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies, as well as maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders. What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruiting, preferably within a corporate environment
  • Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
  • Experience with common Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and processes
  • Comprehensive understanding of recruitment laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask effectively, and a structured work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in both German and English

Your Tasks

  • Develop, implement, and optimize recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment of open roles including drafting & submitting job specifications for approval, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews, managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking, and offer management
  • Create new job postings & track engagement of potential candidates on various social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and the main website
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain positive relationships and regularly engage with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to track the ongoing hiring needs of the company
  • Focus on attracting top talent in an efficient, cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices
